A corporate venture builder creates startups from scratch within a larger organization. Unlike traditional accelerators or investors, we don’t just fund your idea—we’re your co-founders. With a full team, Achmea’s network, in-house experts, and resources, we help you validate your idea, build your MVP, scale your product, all the way from idea to succesful venture.

What you’ll do

As the founder, you’ll lead every aspect of your startup’s creation and growth:

• Understand the problem you’re solving inside-out, and validate it with our researchers

• Build your MVP with the help of our software developers, engineers, and UI/UX experts

• Drive market entry and customer acquisition with support from our marketing team

• Recruit a top-performing team to scale the venture

• Femmeup: A SaaS that improves women’s health and wellbeing. By leveraging our network, they identified and targeted companies with absenteeism challenges, making their sales approach much more effective.

• alex.ai: Developed an AI powered legal bot, trained by millions of data points from Achmea’s internal claims data.

• Lekkerbezig: Employee development platform. Used our employer network to quickly gain traction and onboard customers.

• Stackwise: A Fintech with impact. Leveraged Achmea’s reputation to secure a McDonald’s pilot within just two months.
